Born in February,1928, to Mr. and Mrs. Otis Wheeler of North Harmony Street in Medina, Jinny was proud of her heritage in the Buckeye State. Her ancestors included soldiers in the Revolutionary War, and later were some of the original pioneers of the Ohio Territory, the first arriving in 1816.

CAPT Larry Dean Silvey, USN (Ret.)

Born on February 24, 1946 to Lawrence and Yvonne Silvey in Amarillo, TX. After graduating from West Texas State University in 1968, he was commissioned an Ensign in the U.S. Navy. Larry retired from the U.S. Navy as a Captain in the Intelligence Community after a career of 24 years.
