TAPS: CAPT David Arthur Spetrino

10 November 2017 CAPT DAVID ARTHUR SPETRINO, SR. 1937~2017

The Last Farewell was on November 10, 2017, and Dave Spetrino began his last great adventure. He will travel to the Huon Gulf off the east coast of New Guinea in the Coral Sea, to begin his ethereal explorations. Dave, noted for a lifetime of exotic adventures, visited over 100 countries and territories, all the continents, and all the worlds' oceans. Dave had a passion for life and an endless curiosity about everything.

Bidding him 'Buon Viaggio' are his wife Sandi Adams, sons David and Jon, daughters-in-law Kathy and Kristen, and grandchildren Nic, Corinne, and Lane. Dave was proud of his career in the US Navy and government service, and his affiliations with the Wilmington Civitan Club, the Navy League, the WHAM Society, and a collection of other community activities. Dave bid a fond farewell to all those who enriched his life. Ma'a Salama.
