Presentation of IWTC SD Instructor of the Year and Sailor of the Year Award

Our chapter also presented two plaques to the Information Warfare Training Center San Diego on 7 February 2022, recognizing ISC (IW/SW/EXW) Dinorath A. Lopez, USN as the Rufus Taylor Instructor of the Year for 2021 and CTT1 Jeffrey Noland as Sailor of the Year for 2021. IWTC Commander, Commander Tim Raymie, accepted the plaques on behalf of the awardees and will display them prominently in the command foyer.
