Come join the Authors of PLA as Organization 3.0 for a rewarding panel discussion on China, the CCP, and the organization of the PLA.

Ken Allen is an author/editor of PLA as Organization 3.0, a former USAF attache in Beijing & Taipei as well an advisory board member emeritus of the Samuel B. Griffith Foundation. 

Frank Miller is another author/editor of PLA as Organization 3.0, a former US Army Attache in Beijing, and is the Vice President for Intelligence Integration for Exovera.

Arran Hope is also an author/editor of PLA as Organization 3.0. He currently is the editor of China Brief at The Jamestown Foundation.
