Come volunteer with NIP at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific! NIP Hawaii Chapter needs 18 volunteers to help honor veterans by laying remembrance wreaths of our country’s fallen heroes. Please contact LCDR Mike Canavati (michael.c.canavati.mil@us.navy.mil) and LT Tyler Garcia (tyler.garcia@dodiis.mil) to confirm a volunteer spot. 

Event details and timeline:
Meet at 0700 at the base of the stairs going up to the Lady Columbia statue in appropriate civilian attire.

Event timeline:
0700:  Begin placing stands and opening the boxes of wreaths
0800: Ceremony
~0820: Wreath placement immediately following ceremony
