NIP Capital Chapter Welcomes NIOBC Class 26050 to DC!

NIP’s Capital Chapter held a no-host social for NIOBC Class 26050 at The Commodore in Old Town, Alexandria on Wednesday, 16 September 2026. A large number of local active-duty and retired folks showed up to meet and talk with the students. A majority of the 24 students are prior-enlisted, so there is a lot of Navy experience in this particular class. It was interesting hearing about the range of assignments to which these new intel officers are going. Having just visited NGA that day, the class will go on to visit DIA and ONI during the rest of the D.C. trip.

We’re already looking forward to meeting the next class that comes up from Virginia Beach!
