Capital Chapter Holds Social to Mark Transition of Chapter President

Several Naval Intelligence professionals, young and old, junior and senior, active duty and retired, gathered Thursday, 12 September at the Island Time Bar and Grill (located at the Columbia Island Marina) for a no-host social. After a lull in social events over the summer, it was great to gather again and see so many there. It was also the first event for new Capital Chapter President CDR James Martin, who is taking over the reins from ISCM (Ret) Dave Mattingly. The venue turned out to be a perfect location for those coming from the Pentagon and had great views of the Potomac.
