USS Midway Update: CVIC Exhibit Nearing Completion!

On 12 April, USS Midway Museum docent and CVIC project team member Diana Guglielmo participated in a “USS Midway Behind the Scenes” event. This event takes place each quarter for donors and life members of Midway to review the progress on various projects at the museum. Diana took the visitors through CVIC, specifically the mission planning/imagery spaces, and briefed the donors on the CVIC renovation project. She showed them the artifacts that have been collected and discussed the basics of the intelligence cycle and life of the carrier intelligence team onboard. Everything is coming along as planned and the “soft” and grand openings are on track for 25 and 27 June, respectively!
