NIP Rocky Mountain held a social on Wednesday, 20 November at Jack Quinn’s in Colorado Springs. Although a small gathering, it was a great way for those who attended to get together and welcome CAPT (Ret) Scott Whaley to the area. Whaley was the Defense Attache in Ottawa, Canada and recently retired before moving to Colorado. They also discussed the full range of expanding military, government, and contractor opportunities in the Rockies. Homeland defense will always remain priority one and the Space Force is expanding fast, which is drawing in more industry. The IWC excels in the Rockies!
President John Franklin wants to encourage all members and prospective members (retired, active, former) to take advantage of this chapter join them in future events to come together and network!
